How To Grow Gaillardia Aristata Flower
You can sow gaillardia aristata seeds directly into the garden or pot/grow bag or germinate the seeds in seedling trays and then transplant them to the final pot or location. The best temperature for gaillardia seeds to germinate is around 10-21°C. You can use a pot or grow bag at least 22-36 cm wide and deep for planting gaillardia.

Gaillardia Aristata Mix Seeds Sowing Method
• Take a seedling tray and fill it with a potting mix, you can also germinate the seeds in coco peat coin. Sow 1-2 gaillardia seeds in each cell at 0.3 cm deep in the soil. Water the soil through a watering can. Keep soil moist and place the seedling tray in a sunny spot as gaillardia seeds need light to germinate. Gaillardia seeds germinate in about 7-15 days.
• You can transplant Gaillardia plants when the seedlings have 3-5 leaves or they have grown to 8-10 cm tall. Transplant carefully without damaging the root of the seedlings and plant only 1-2 Gaillardia seedlings per pot for healthy growth. Keep the soil moist and place the pot in partial sunlight for a few days after transplanting to protect the seedling from transplant shock. After 3 days, keep the pot in full sunlight.

Fertilizer Requirements For Gaillardia Flower Plants
Gaillardia is a low-maintenance flowering plant and has no fertilizer requirements. Whereas, it grows well in poor soil and encourages more flowering in poor soil as compared to planting in rich soil. Do not add any fertilizer, even if you want to add manure, then cow dung manure will be good for this.
