Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days open return window after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thehobbitland@gmail.com. Please note that we do not accept return of any product unless it is damaged. Incase if your order is damaged during delivery please intimate us through mail within 24hours of receiving the package. If your return is accepted, Please make sure you return it immediately to the following address: 8/7A, Vaigai Street, Guruswami Nagar Extension, Gowrivakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600073, So that we receive the product before 7 days of closing window. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fertilizers and manures or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thehobbitland@gmail.com.

We do not process refunds based on a change of mind, so please make sure you are happy with your order before you purchase. On some rare occasion with valid convincing reasons, we will process cancellations, Please note: We charge 10% cancellation fee. This is to cover the transaction fees that we get charged when an order is placed that aren't refunded to us. Also make sure, the request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 1 hour of placing the order. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those products and the same is credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 days.

Also If your order gets lost in the mail, Please get in touch with thehobbitland@gmail.com so that we can work with the concern courier and refund your order. We do not have a refund policy if you refuse the delivery.
