Yes, you can place the orders on the phone. Call us on +91-96-00352-830. We are available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon - Sat).

Bank Transfer is one of the Payment Options available. Below are the details of the Bank where you can make a Transfer. Once you do the same, you need to call and confirm. You can either make a Cash Deposit or a NEFT Transfer.

We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net banking and Bank Transfer. If you choose Bank Transfer as the Payment Options, Please call us on +91-96-00352-830 and confirm the same or send us an email on thehobbitland@gmail.com with the payment details.

If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account. For other forms of Payment like UPI or Bank Transfer we make the refund to your Bank Account. Your details which we require for refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code. Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

We do not process refunds based on a change of mind, so please make sure you are happy with your order before you purchase. On some rare occasion, we will process cancellations, Please note: We charge 10% cancellation fee. This is to cover the transaction fees that we get charged when an order is placed that aren't refunded to us. Also make sure, the request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 1 hour of placing the order. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those products and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business days. Or if your order is damaged during delivery, Please contact us at thehobbitland@gmail.com with pictures of the issue within 24hours and we will do everything we can to remedy the issue. We do not have a refund policy if you refuse the delivery.

We ship to all provinces of India. All orders are shipped from Chennai. 

We use a variety of express carriers to ensure that your order arrives as fast as possible. Some carriers include Professional Courier, Franch Express, ST Courier and DTDC.

When you check out, Please provide your email address. We will send the tracking updates to you.

Here at The Hobbit Land we dispatch orders every Monday and Tuesday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched only on the following week. Generally, Your order will be dispatched within 10-12 working days after your transaction has been confirmed. However, based on the demand of the product the dispatch time may vary. You will also be notified via email when the products are shipped to you. 

Yes, this is very important to us at The Hobbit Land. Our boxes are cardboard and can be re-used / recycled and are biodegradable. We use landfill biodegradable sticky tape to secure your plants in transit. We then cushion your plants with biodegradable corn starch packing fillers. We use no plastic in our packaging.

Plants are packed in soil along with the pots they grown in. 

We work with third party courier services like Professional Courier, Franch Express, ST Courier and DTDC. We have very minimal issues with them, since all are well reputed logistic services. If your order has been delayed in transit however, please directly contact the concern courier as they will have the most up-to-date information to provide you. If your order gets lost in the mail, Please get in touch with thehobbitland@gmail.com so that we can work with the concern courier and refund your order.

Stock is updated all the time. If you are after something that is currently out of stock please sign up to our newsletter to be notified as soon as it is back again!

You will be acknowledged through an email with order confirmation details.

Yes, GST and Delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

All products are individually handcrafted with attention, expertise, love and care. Despite every effort to provide accuracy of each product’s colour and design; Each one is unique. Due to device screen settings, photographic lighting and other factors, there will be small variations between each and every product. We ask you to understand the slight variable nature of them. Height, Shape and Size of the plants may vary, as they are raw and natural. Exact replicas cannot be made.

Delivery time will start after order dispatches from our end. It might take 3-15 days to deliver after dispatching date. The above given delivery time is an estimate, depending on situations of origin and destination PIN codes, like local holidays or temporary suspension of transportation due to general strike, we appreciate your patience in such cases.

Please notify us at thehobbitland@gmail.com with pictures of the issue within 24hours of receiving the package and return to the above address. We’ve only 7 days of open return window. Note: Please do check our returns policy first to know what all products you can return.

We do not accept return of any product unless it is damaged. Double check that you’ve included all the tags and accessories that came with your order. Regarding plants, some are seasonal occasionally. Hence substitution of same genus is necessary due to temporary or regional unavailability issues. Plants are non returnable.

Of course you can return part of such an order. Once we received within 7 days of notification, After quality checking we will issue the refund to your mode of payment.
