The Pilea mollis, also known as the Pilea Moon Valley due to the cratered texture of its leaves. This plant sure does not look like it is from Earth! The flowers can be pink or yellow depending on the type. You never know what you will get. This plant is not very fussy.
Maintenance
Lighting: Bright Watering: Moderate This plant likes light (not too much direct light though). Bright indirect light with a few hours of direct sunlight if possible, would encourage growth. Pilea ideally likes a consistently moist (not consistently wet) environment. It would do well with watering a bit at a time once you notice that the top few inches of soil are starting to dry out. Note: Be sure not to let the plant sit in pooled water as that can cause root rot.
