Ghee chilli is a white chili that looks like ghee. Indians, especially South Indians, enjoy ghee chilli very much. Ghee chilli produce good yields and last for many years.
There are many uses for ghee chilli; 
• You can salt it and use it as a spice.
• Ghee chillies are good for pickling.
• Ghee chilli can be fried directly in oil.
• Ghee chilli can be used to make white chilli sauce.
• For flavor and taste, Ghee chilli can be used in sambar and fish curry.

Potting mix for planting ghee chilli
Topsoil, vermicompost, cow dung and coir pith should all be mixed equally with 100 g of bone meal. Lime or dolomite may be added to low pH soils

Before planting ghee chilli plants
Since ghee chilli plants are long-lasting, they need privacy to get deeper into their roots. Create a pit 1.5 feet deep and 1.5 square feet wide. Fill it with 1 foot of potting mix, then plant the seedlings of ghee chilli and place the dried leaves at the base of the plant. Fill the remaining half feet of the pit with dry leaves as the plants grow. You can plant ghee chilli in a large grow bag or pot in the same way.

Ghee chilli plant care
• The ghee chilli plant will begin producing chillies within two months.
• Branches that are dry and growing upward should be transplanted after six months.
• In case of pest infestation, use organic pesticides.
• Once a month, add vermicompost, manure or some other organic manure.
• Lightly water every day.
• Support the plant if it is in poor health.
• Use quality and highly productive ghee chilli seeds. Plant growth and production are affected by the quality of the seeds. It is therefore essential to buy quality gee chili seeds.
