How do you grow indigo from seed?
Soak the seeds overnight in water and then sow your seeds in pots at least 3 inches in diameter, one seed per pot (pots are better than seed trays because indigo does not like to have its roots disturbed). Keep the pots in a heated propagator until the seeds germinate and then move them to warm windowsill.

How fast does indigo grow?
Watered diligently, the seeds begin to show signs of sprouting in a few days. The crop requires instinctive and attentive care of regular de-weeding to ensure the saplings are not over-run by wild grass and weeds. The crop is estimated to grow to its harvest-ready height in 90 days.
